Wonderful access from the airport to central Vancouver, at very low prices, rapid and frequent service makes Skytrain one of the best facilities of this type in the world, including Japan. Skytrain takes the angst out of arriving and leaving Vancouver.

Excellent value for the money! Quick and efficient. You just have to walk up to the closest station! It's all running on the honor system, at least during the weekend I was there!

During the rush hour these unmanned trains operate every few minutes, they are clean and fast, the seats are comfortable and each station is announced before arrival.

A great service from YVR and not expensive. Slightly challenging getting from baggage collection to the station using escalators with large suitcases but the trains are quick and clean. Ticket purchasing is easy and services are frequent

We took the train from airport to our hotel (Fairmont Pacific Rim) - the journey was fine but realised that it would have been cheaper and quicker for us to catch a taxi (we were a family of four) so do check!

Finishing off a trip around the West Coast of Canada [and Alaska] we looked at how long it would take to get from downtown Vancouver to the airport and decided this was the best, cheapest way to do it. Travelling on a Sunday also meant we could ignore which zone we were travelling into!! [Best to spend a few minutes... More

Picked this up on the outskirts of Vancouver and travelled to waterfront. Very simple to find your way around and very cheap fares. Whole system very clean and tidy, lots of disabled access too.

If you are going on cruise and/or staying at one of the hotels near Canada Place, this is a great way to get in from the airport. Taxis can run high if they sit in traffic and this is a great alternative. You can catch it right at the airport and go to Waterfront place which is the last stop... More

Fast, convenient and clean. Took it from airport to downtown hotel area. Employee helped me buy the tickets at the machine (it takes credit cards). Elevators to street level worked.
