Had a fun, insightful walk through my own city. I learned of its seedy past and it's architectural importance to not only Vancouverites but the entire world.

Will did an excellent job engaging a class of grade ten students. Through interesting content, games, and humour, students were captivated throughout our tour. This is the way to teach Vancouver history! Thanks, Will.

I've called Vancouver home for many years. I've always loved the art, food, diversity, and nature, but I couldn't feel the same connection with the land. Vancouver, for me, was just a location where all the good things had come together. It was after going on one of the Forbidden Vancouver Walking Tours that I started to discover a new... More

We had a great time on the tour! There is a lot more to this iconic establishment than one might think! The tour was hosted by the owner, an ex-policeman who used to keep tabs on the Penthouse and a local author who wrote a book on the place. Great meatballs and a fun cabaret after. I highly recommend this... More

My husband wanted to take a city tour as he enjoyed the ghost tour we took in Victoria. I searched the Internet and found Forbidden Vancouver. Unfortunately, they did not have any tour available in December so I reached out to Will at FV. Will was kind enough to arrange a private tour for us - 3 days before our... More

We booked an 8pm tour, but got done with dinner early, and the tour guide was totally flexible and able to meet us at 730! I've been on so many different cities walking tours, but this one takes the cake. We asked so many different questions about random things, and the tour guide knew the answer to every question! We... We had booked for the 8 pm walk on Hallowwen but arrived early enought to go on the 7 pm, the tour guide was very accommodating in allowing us to join her group. Sarah introduced herself as an early Vancouverite and led us down a back alley to the Victorian hotel, and this is where we really started to learn... More
