I have lived here in Vancouver since 1986 and this place never fails to deliver especially on a bright and sunny summers day. Perfect for families and kids. One of the last of it's kind being a long salt water outdoor pool next to Kitsilano Beach. The views are awesome . . . just be ready for a ton of... More

Stopped in so that my daughter could swim laps in the morning. At 137 metres in length, it's by far the longest pool we've ever been too. The lane swimming is well organized & marked out. For families and others, there is a large section that you just walk into that gradually gets deeper. It's like being on the beach... More

Lots of young people enjoying the summer sun especially at the volley ball area. Adjacent to a pretty park with some picnic tables. Pay parking.

I never went to the pool but walking by it on kits beach was always great and made me smile. Seeing all of the families having fun took me back to my childhood. Remember to wear your sunscreen!

Its a long salt water outdoor pool next to Kitsilano Beach, owned by the city council. Nice city view from the pool and great fun place for all ages. You can buy day or season tickets. Coin operated lockers available on site. You can hire towels as well. Changing rooms could be more clean but I would love to go... More

Walking into this pool is like walking into the beach, it is graduated shallow to deep. Fast lanes for serious swimmers. Set right on Kitsilano Beach, the views are stunning while you enjoy your swim. This is a great way to start the day!

Sounds a little nutty but it's true. And it's fabulous! Pool is great for length swimming. If you've got kidlets and want to keep a close eye on them, you may want to go to this pool rather than the beach. It's enclosed. It's monitored and a small fee for use. Parking and food available for a fee.

Nothing beats a sunny Vancouver day and swimming in the pool right alongside the ocean. And if you like lengths you can really utilize the long lanes.
