Take a walk to this area along the shore line. U will see this arena, BC stadium and science world all lighted up. Looks amazing at night. I don't even bother to write what's inside. It's sports related but even if u r not planning to watch any games, do Coke and walk around at night time. It's really nice

This is a great venue for hockey! Win or loose, it's the ideal event centre, where everyone can get dressed up for there favourite team. Price point for food & drink was unbelievable a beer & sandwich ($25.)!! However it's no suprise as they lost this game to Tampa Bay in OT!

Saw the Sens v Canucks. What a great arena. Way better than the Rexall in Edmonton, the rather Sad Dome of Calgary or most other NHL arenas. I personally liked the fact that they had tons of beer options (they have a Belgian beer section, ffs) from domestic, craft or imported brands. Every person I dealt with had a smile... More

Went to see my first ice hockey game! If you are in Canada, you must watch one, since this is where the heart of Canadians go for excitement! The Rogers Arena is beautiful and packed with hockey lovers, which is a big population of Canada. The lights, cheer, and ambiance made it so much fun! Very conveniently located in downtown... More

Me and my mates had a great time at Rogers Arena watching the Canucks. We had seats quite a way back but were still able to see perfectly. There was a great atmosphere in the stadium and I was really impressed by the pre-game experience.

We were all met by a lady who liked to tell quirky tales which led to pretty funny interaction between those of us taking the tour. Very informative and since returning to Scotland the good lady and I have begun looking for the Canucks score. Best of luck for the season may you better the last Stanley Cup close shave... More

Went to see the Canucks play the Rangers while in town. First time in the Rogers Centre. Convenient location for public transit. Lots of interesting food choices. Big on hotdogs. Beer was reasonable price as well. Only complaint is the walkways were very CROWDED.

This Arena provides all you expect for music shows. I went to U2 first innocence + experience tour presentation and it was awesome! This venue is prepared for heavy crowd with many bars, restaurants and souvenir stations. The security is also excellent, you can walk around the arena, there are policemen all place you look. And of course, the U2... More

We came to the Rogers Arena to watch the Detroit Red Wings play the Vancouver Canucks in NHL hockey. It was a great game with the Red Wings winning in OT. Fun and the Vancouver fans were great. Talked to them during and after the game. What a great place to watch hockey. Great hockey town.

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
