Touring the Granville Island Public Market will be one of the most authentic ways to experience Vancouver - after all, what better way to feel the pulse of a city than to immerse yourself in the action? WORLD'S BEST FOOD TRUCK TOUR - This tour takes you on a two-hour tasting tour of Vancouver's multicultural curbside kitchens while learning about the tricky business of operating gourmet food trucks in Vancouver. GUILTY PLEASURES GOURMET TOUR - Showcasing over five of downtown Vancouver's award-winning restaurants and food shops, you will sample gourmet food paired with optional wines and beer, meet award-winning food artisans and learn about Vancouver's food culture, history and architecture. My daughter and I took the tour and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. She is not fond of seafood and it never turned into an issue. We visited a wide variety of shops and were able to have a taste of what they did best. The guide was very friendly and had the whole group completely engaged in the tour. Would certainly... More

I didn't know people could be so passionate about FOOD but these guides truly are. Lisa was our tour guide for our AMA travel agent trip. I loved how excited she was to have us taste some of her favorite snacks on Granville Island. The food was so fresh and so delicious. Since I knew it was just snacks throughout... More

Two of us signed up for the Guilty Pleasures walking tour; we were in Vancouver for just a few days and thought this tour would be a good way to learn a bit about the city and taste some amazing food. Overall we weren't disappointed. Twelve guests - plus 2 guides - gathered at our first stop, Kirin, where we... More

Myself and a friend did the Guilty Pleasures Gourmet Tour and it was a blast! Not to mention the great food! Our guide Manuela was friendly, outgoing and personable and had some great knowledge on the food we were eating and other great spots in the city (which we definitely checked out during the rest of our trip!) All the... More

We initially hesitated signing up for the food truck tour as we were uncertain if it would be a child-friendly activity for our 22 month toddler. But I am glad we decided to give it a go! No regrets at all! The food truck tour was the perfect way to get to taste (and be well fed with) some of... More

My boyfriend and I joined the tour as locals, and although we've been to the market on our own countless times, this tour led us to see it in a whole new light! Every tasting was unique and delectable, and we left feeling satisfied and informed. I've felt a little overwhelmed regarding the sheer volume of vendors in the market... More

Vancouver Foodie Tours does it up right! As part of our spring break vacation, we took advantage of two of the tours - Granville Island and the Food Trucks tour. Manuela was our guide both times and took us on an amazing culinary adventure! On Granville Island at the market we had a wild mushroom bennie, amazing cured meats and... More

Manuela and Lisa are great!! Great food is accompanied by good stories! Pro tip: 1. Book your tour in advance. We showed up last minute, and almost were not admitted. Thanks for Manuela, who worked out some miracle! 2. Bring an empty stomach You will be well fed.

Thank you so much for sharing your tips with other travelers! We're glad we were able to host you on the tour. We definitely recommend booking our tours in advance if at all possible as they sell out quickly and because we order all of our food tastings in advance. Hope to see you again soon! Happy feasting, Michelle More
