Once you head over the Lyons Gate Bridge get to Highway 1 and head west into West Vancouver....Exit 8 is the exit. Drive up the road called 'Cypress Bowl' on a steady incline half way up the mountain. It'll take you to a clearing on the right where you will overlook Vancouver. It is a great place to see the land, the water, the city, the bridges and neighbouring land masses. If you can go here for sunset, I bet its beautiful.... more
