I had the fortunate experience of going to Grouse mountain when there was moderate snowfall. I must say that it is an experience worth paying for . To trek through inches of snow while it's falling on you is unusually therapeutic . The mountain estate is transformed into a winter wonderland. Be sure to have proper ski clothing if you... More

The atrraction vary the price but not less $45.00 dollar per person or attraction your choice. It is breathtakingly beautiful. This about 4,000 feet. It not limited to people to go skiing or... Our family went to Grouse Mountain so our two teenagers could experience the trill of zip lining in the mountains while visiting Vancouver. It was a short drive from downtown Vancouver and the weather couldn't have been better for being outdoors. Once we got up the mountain and they got geared up and had a lesson on safety tips on... It is an amazing tour! You can go alone to solve gondola up, but if you have fitness and is accompanied I recommend you go on foot. Do not forget to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.

We have been zip lining in whistler and Alaska and rate the grouse mountain zip lines as the best! Buy you tickets at the tourist centre opposite where you catch the free shuttle bus as you will get substantial discount. When you get to the mountain you need to swap your coupon for an actual ticket before you ride the... More

Highly recommend!! My wife was very nervous and the staff did an amazing job of reassuring her. Instruction was clear and easy to understand. Short hikes from/to platforms require decent shoes.

A little bit pricey for the ziplines.... 5 stations for $109. But we totally enjoyed the experience!! The view was absolutely gorgeous. The mountains full of snow around us and the forest and lake underneath us.... scary but very addictive that we wanted to do it again! The staffs are super friendly and professional. They gave very detail instructions. We... More

My kids aren't teens - but young adults and this was a perfect activity for all of us! The guides taught us everything we needed to know and were lots of fun. They took action shots which we could purchase if we wanted at the end. Grouse Mountain is so beautiful - the other activities on the plateau were fun... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
