This park has some lovely trails and a suspension bridge! The staff are lovely and very helpful in the bigger picture of attractions in Vancouver area it is somewhat small scale but still worth the visit, the cafe is good as well! More

Sure you could go to Capilano Suspension bridge... pay an arm and a leg, and get filtered into a gift shop... or you could come here, and really see some nature at your leisure, and not have to break out the wallet. More

You enter the rain forest in North Vancouver when you come to Lynn Canyon Park. Everything is lush, green, & growing. The suspension bridge is a real draw for tourists and a lot of fun to cross. Visited on the busy Sunday of the long weekend in May - was well populated but such a beautiful place it was well worth the trip. There are several trails you can take and a free suspension bridge (unlike Capilano Suspension bridge). It's a slightly longer drive to Lynn Canyon from downtown than to Capilano but it's worth the few extra minutes. There are streams and waterfalls and walks through the forest. It's beautiful. More
