I went up twice, once during the day then again after dark. I would suggest others doing the same as to appreciate the changing complexions of the city day versus night. The elevator ride up is very quick and the queue was tolerable so a quality visit can be done even with limited time.

We visited the Vancouver Lookout on a mostly clear day and the views were great! If there weren't any clouds you can see Mount Baker but we couldn't see that far. The elevator up was quick although you can't see much from the elevator as it just has a couple of windows facing the city. There are a lot of... More

Even at night, the view is wonderful. It was not crowded at all the evening I went. Check website before hand to make sure it is not closed for a private event.

Even though I went up on a cloudy day the view was still great. I went up during the day and came back during the night and all the lights were gorgeous. The entree ticket is valid during the entire day and the staff is really helpful too. Lastly, there is a lot of information about Vancouver and I also... More

I walk by the tour many times but have never been up, until I got a free ticket with a friend and was pleasantly surprised! The views were, of course, amazing, but I also loved how much information there was on the city that you were looking at and the important landmarks. It was a great read and, as we... More

..... and seeing it from the top was really special. This trip to the top was part of a city tour. Our stay wasn't very long, but we had time for photos out of all windows. We visited on a cloudy day. It was still enjoyable as I think clouds add a lot of character to scenery. The windows were... More

Beautiful views of Vancouver with helpful staff on hand to explain each view and the history of Vancouver. Ticket allows repeated access on the day so you can see the city by day and by night - an entirely different experience. Access is via a glass elevator which is very quick and interesting, if a little disorientating.

The views of Vancouver are brilliant. I've been up many tall towers in the world and this came across as a place that was once excellent but nowadays with so many competing towers around the world, it is not as good as them. When you first enter the building, you wouldn't think there was a look out tower, it's more... More

My wife and I came across the Vancouver Lookout on our day of walking around downtown. We saw the gaslight district, the steam clock, etc.And on the way back to the hotel, we saw the lookout. There's a restaurant/:bar under the lookout. We sat in the restaurant, and had a few tinis watching the sunset. It was awesome. The Vancouver... More

It's not as expensive as you might think it would be. It was something like $15 entry and your ticket is valid all day. It is definitely recommended that you go during the daytime and when it gets dark. We were there first thing on Sunday morning not long after it opened and got some fantastic photos of Vancouver. We... More
