Tourist info will give you maps and help you find something wonderful to do. Inside the tourist info you can also buy some last minute tickets for venues in Vancouver at great prices.

When I travel I always like to check out the local visitor centre to get ideas of where to go. This was the most unhelpful visitor centre I have ever been to, anywhere in the world. I will admit the second women I spoke to was more helpful than the first one. When I visit somewhere I prefer to do... More

The personnel at Tourism Vancouver are great to deal with. You can contact them in advance for travel/tour information, plus make it your first stop when you actually arrive in downtown Vancouver. They can recommend just about anything you're interested in seeing or doing. You go Tourism Vancouver!

You get a nice visitor attentions, well explained available tours and the prices you get through the visitor center are much lower that if you buy them outside. Get the City Pass, it worth it ..

Went to book a couple of trips and found them extremely helpful. Lots of suggestions as to where to go and what to do. Most helpful Tourist place in all of our trip.

The staff there worked together with their expertise to give me the best information. I bought discounted tickets to the aquarium and art gallery there. They gave me a great recommendation for lunch as well. It was a good first stop.

The information that is provided printed or verbally is top notch and you can book things right here. The service is amazing and it does get busy. So sometimes patience is needed especially when it is cruise ship time..the cruise ships are located right across the street...we are lucky as BC residents to have such a place!!! Send all your... The Visitor Centre downtown is busy. The staff has good intentions and are nice, but it was difficult to get their attention. Once we did they answered our questions and we were on our way. There are lots of maps, brochures, and flyers available and the staff know what they're talking about. Its good place to get ideas of what... More

My husband and I stopped in here early one morning to get assistance with bus information and suggested tours. While the staff member was welcoming and responsive, we were told they were out of bus/skytrain maps. They did attempt to reprint a copy which was moderately helpful. The woman we spoke with encouraged us to take a sea bus to... More
