You can't miss this place, you have to go here, otherwise you haven't really seen Vancouver. This is the most attraction and can be found in all holiday brochures. It is fairly clean and has great views but not clearly / well served by public transport. You can only get s bus here not the skytrain.

The only down side for me is that we went when there was a street festival on near by, so there was a lot of people. you can walk all the way along to Granville Island (I suggest you wear sensible shoes as blisters hurt!!) or there is a little ferry you can take. Just along from Kits there's a... More

Kits is only one of many of Vancouver's beaches. It's great for tourists and locals, rain or shine. It's best in summer but that's when it's also the busiest.

The ambiance is good and so is the crowd around the place. It’s a good place to relax and take a stroll. Perfect for biking too. The place is good for views and I had so much fun taking photographs around here. The views are picture perfect

Kits Beach has been known for decades for it's summer Showboat (Amateur) Productions (admission by donation). There's also a fantastic salt water pool as well as a lovely beach who prefer to swim in the surf. Numerous beach volleyball courts are available as are a couple of basket ball courts. The Boathouse Restaurant makes it's presence known and also operates... More

Nice area by the downtown. Lots of people walking, jogging, and biking. Great place to view the sunset. Fee parking. Worth the visit.

Great place to take a walk. You can be in Stanley Park for a picnic, Granville Island for a coffee or shopping, downtown Vancouver in the Convention Center all in a few minutes of car distance. It like being in San Francisco ! If you are in good shape, you can to all of this in bike from the Seawall... More

Went sea kayaking along the waterfront and then walked back. Smoothly from one of the cafe. Sunshine. Kids playing. Views of the harbour to die for. If only the pool had been still open I would have been in heaven $(kits pool is my favourite in the world)
