Happened upon this great area, lots going on with music, cycling, skateboarding etc. Just a really chilled area, for sitting on the beach or on a bench or just strolling along the walk way. Spend a day with a picnic.

We loved walking along the beach and on the paths that go by the beach. The rows of logs placed on the beach allow for a place to sit on or against.

Lots to do and see here. Many restaurants and activities. Next to Stanley Park and the beach. Close to one of the Hop on Hop off bus stops so easy to get around.

This is a great area to soak in the water view and enjoy fish & chips or catch a sunset. In the summer check the dates and enjoy the symphony of light (International firework competition)

Another great destination while in Vancouver with lots of shops and restaurants. It is great to bike here or have a picnic by the water. It is especially nice in the summer. They hold fire work competitions every year.

My wife and I were looking at hiring bikes to go around Stanley Park when we bumped into Patrick. How lucky were we? We spent time with Patrick on the most amazing bike ride around Stanley Park, Granville Island and Vancouver generally. Patrick uses battery assisted bikes which makes the travel much easier and a radio system so that you... More
