Best Western is the hotel where I stayed. I usually use my points with Air Miles to stay there. So for me It is sort of free. From there I can walk to the laughing statues then to the water and along the seawall. After a long walk in the fresh air, my favorite restaurant The Boat House is right... More

This place is super busy all year long with tourists from all over the world. It is in the corner of the Gay area too so it is very cool with a variety of people. I love coming here when I am rollerblading or biking the seawall as it is along the pathway so I enjoy to stop and see... More

Great in the sunshine, shame the park's board ripped up the lawn to put in sculptures at the corner of Denman and Davie. What was once green grass is now a gravel pit. Lovely west coast beach though. Water is chilly. Huge commercial restaurant overlooking the beach. Very nice views and a great way to walk to Stanley Park.

An excelent place to be with friends to see the sunset. It's totally different of the Brazilian beaches, but even so beautiful.

English Bay is an upbeat and beautiful representation of the city. The sea walk is beautiful, restaurants in the the area TERRIFIC , and easily accessible on public transportation.

The sea wall is not just limited to Stanley Park. With sections in Amble Side (West Vancouver), Vanier Park/Kitsalano and Point Grey/Spanish Banks) discover all that English Bay has to offer.

We were there in winter and went down a few different times, once on a really eerie foggy winters day and another nice clear day. It's a pretty walk. Also on New Years Day we did the polar bear swim which was great fun but freezing!
