Description: Yaletown is Vancouver’s trendy and upscale renovated warehouse district...
Yaletown is Vancouver’s trendy and upscale renovated warehouse district. This fresh urban neighbourhood is just an easy walk from the centre of downtown Vancouver or a quick ferry ride from Granville Island. Yaletown’s converted heritage buildings are home to some of city’s top fashion and design shops, as well as cutting edge restaurants and bars. Old loading docks act as giant sidewalks and create a unique setting for wandering, shopping, or lounging at one of the many outdoor patios.

Good spot, decent food.

Decent spot in the heart of Yaletown. Food was good, and decently priced. My daughter had a grilled cheese and she raved about it...Everyone at our table had a different dish... read more

This is a neat area to walk around in Vancouver with tons of restaurants and bars. We had hoped for more boutique shopping and were a bit disappointed.

what a great section in downtown Vancouver. MY wife and i strolled over from our hotel for dinner while visiting Vancouver. Holy cow! there were so many restaurants to choose from it made it almost impossible to pick one. the variety of types of restaurants was enough to satisfy anyone's taste. Great area to go for dinner and/or late night... More

Made for a uneventful daytime walk of two streets. there were a few shops, yoga, hairdressers, convenience stores but not much of a destination when we visited. Agree with person who said Gastown more interesting. I can imagine it being ok for meals and a few drinks at night though, or would've rated it lower!

I expected a trendy area with lots of interesting shops and cafe's but was disappointed. It seems like a very nice residential area, but not very interesting for tourists.

I just happened to pass by Yaletown and there are a lot of restaurants and bars there, they look a bit expensive to me. But if you are after some fancy meals, do check them out.
