Firstly, I have already written the review on the Boathouse restaurant, which was awful. Thankfully getting there was anything but. Daniel, our pilot was very informative, and the landing in particular was as smooth as silk. Great job. Todd, the driver of the limousine that collected us from the restaurant was bang on time and very welcoming. My partner was... More

The sea plane tour was the icing on the cake at the end of our tour of British Columbia. There was just myself with my husband and the pilot on a beautiful clear sunny day. The views of the city are magnificent and the whole experience well worth the cost. More

The best way to travel from Vancouver to Victoria: it's fast and direct, VERY scenic, thrilling and exciting journey.......what more can I say? Yes, it does cost 10 times more compared to the ferry, but definitely worth the money if you can afford to fly with Harbour Air. The seaplane terminal is conveniently located right beside the new Vancouver Convention... More

Ok, so lets start with the obvious...it's blooming expensive to fly from Vancouver to Vancouver Island! But it's worth every cent!! We arrived early so enjoyed the free wi-fi and complimentary coffee and doughnuts in the terminal...great way to start a trip! Then it was time to board which was very quick and easy. Unfortunatley, my partner and I were... More

A great way to see Vancouver (weather permitting) is via seaplane. Flights are numerous and can take you around Vancouver, to Vancouver Island, Victoria, or almost anywhere you want. The seaplanes are located just off the Vancouver Convention Center. Bring a map because the pilots (unlike the Vancouver tour bus drivers) are not into doing a point by point report... More

We walked from our hotel the Westin at Coal Harbor to the sea plane terminal-(nice walk along the waterfront). The ride was fantastic. We went over the city and surrounding areas- Stanley Park- then went our to the mountains and through the crevices- it was nothing but snow you seemed so isolated but seconds you could be back along the... A rare opportunity to fly in a floatplane, is something you should do, taking off and landing on water. The vews around Vancouver were amazing. More

A quick way to cross the strait. If you do the math, it may be the way to go if you do not need a vehicle. It usually takes about 20 minutes to cross and you walk out into downtown Van. Try it .... You won't look back. More
