Big bus needs to update and record it's tour scripts. We had a driver who kept pausing the recording and it took me a minute to understand why he was doing it. Plus he stopped the bus twice to get food for himself. Convient but don't expect much from the driver. More

We spend a few days in Vancouver after a cruise and utilized Big Bus Hop on Hop off to get around the city as well as learn more about it. It didn't let us down. Great value for the price of a ticket, great stops along the route, as well as great drivers/guides. Two thumbs up from us. More

The drivers are so knowledgeable and obviously proud of their city. They are courteous and the service is very well organised.
