We really enjoyed this place, especially when they have the latern festival...it is beautiful at night time. Worthwhile place to go to with or without children. More

Our kids really enjoyed the walk around the property. Our 11 y/o was given the map and information therefore getting invested in the experience and learning. There is also a cafe on the property which is great. More

I went a while ago, in the summer. This is a beautiful garden and I think to do it justice one should go in the summer months, there are fantastic sculptures, duck pond, hens, sweet peas, a working garden, and lovely cafe! Definately a highlight of my trip to Tofino. Would be great for a wedding too, I imagine! More

These are rain forest gardens - so don't expect lots of flowers - but do expect great beauty, huge trees, and lots of interesting information about this special area. More

Enjoyed walking around, but found a puzzling juxtaposition of native plants, introduced plants, relics , structures , statues etc. Had planned to eat at the restaurant but it was closed. No leaflet to guide us around except the one on the bulletin board, and no staff in sight... More

What a wonderful and friendly place. The plants are all labelled but not over the top and the walks are splendid...right down to the beach through the rain forest. The small but very friendly cafe was fine...kind of homely. No one bothers you and we spent a few hours here just enjoying the tranquillity. More

Would really like to visit in Spring/Summer, but nevertheless October visit in pouring rain was superb. Loved the laid back entance, good coffee and general friendliness of, I think, the owner. Well worth every penny and if you are in the area please visit. More
