This was my first time on a Zodiac boat. Flying over the waves was a hoot! The staff and guide were knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. We did not see any whales but lots of sea lions and seals. But most fun was about a dozen sea otters. Got a free pass good for the rest of my life to come... More

What a fantastic 3 hrs on a Zodiac boat. Saw 3 pods of Orca's rounding up a couple of seals for lunch, sad butiso exciting. Saw 2 sea otters, a bald eagle, umpteen massive sea lions. Just perfect. Our skipper Benj was so enthusiastic & knowledgeable. Worth every penny. Thank you.

Had a blast on both the whale zodiac and the boat to the hot springs. Boat captains (Marla and Jim?)are genuine you can tell they enjoy what they do. And provide just enough detail on the landmarks along the trip. They also did the best to showcase wildlife and minimize lack of sightings. We had to do the zodiac twice... More

We did the zodiac Hot springs tour. It was expensive but we got to see Orcas, seals, otters, eagles and bears on the way to the hot springs. The boat ride is also am adventure and you need to be prepared to do a lot of standing and holding yourself up on big waves. The way back was relaxing. Our... More

We went out on a slightly overcast day at lunchtime, on a Zodiac with Eugene. It was brilliant!! Our 9 year old loved every minute! She enjoyed the fast boat, the whales, the wind and spray - it was all great. Eugene was very knowledgable about the area, wildlife and made a real effort to ensure we had fun. The... More

Family of 4 cost £256.00. August 2014. Saw otters & seals on 3 hour trip. No whale's or orca's, guide quietly said have not seen orca's in months. Perhaps we were unlucky, however strong suspicion is not the case. Reeked of over selling by Jamie. Sure they give a free trip next time on standby, due to 'bad luck'. ...long... More

My husband and I go to Tofino annually for the last three years and we have NO intention of ending this pattern. New to our adventures however, was to try whale watching in Tofino. We went out of Victoria 3 years ago and had a great time watching orchas so we wanted to try it in Tofino. I have severe... More

After having an afternoon whale watching trip cancelled on us by another local company in Tofino, we were referred to Jamie's, which we are very thankful for! We brought our 8 week old son on the 46 passenger covered boat, and had an amazing time! We got to see a male orca who almost seemed to be playing with the... More

Jamie's is an amazing deal compared to a few other companies and on top of the price they offered a discount for the hostel we were staying with. The staff was great and only enhanced our experience - our guide, Eugene, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up seeing a great deal of wildlife, including a grey whale, sea... More
