High tide on the Harbor trip meant we could get way in close to a hidden waterfall. Very professional guide Mitch.

We had a really good experience on the whale watching tour. We were able to see a grey whale, two orcas, as well as sea lions, an eagle and sea otters. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and respectful of the whales. Very professional. I wish I had had more time to go on the bear tour as well.... More

We travelled three hours to get to Uclulet , and decided to take a Jamie's Whale tour after reading the reviews. We paid over two hundred dollars for a family ticket, which turned out to be a very expensive three hour boat trip. We saw one bald eagle, way up in a tree, and a small bear on the way... More

We booked two excursions with Jamie's. The check in process is a long affair. They wait until you get to the counter to fill in and sign the waivers. As each person does this, the Jamie's representative stands there, waiting and gazing into space. Why not have people fill these out while they wait in line, so you can hand... More

We had a great trip with Jamie's to Hot Springs Cove. Our guide, Eugene, was fantastic both on the way there and back at seeking out and spotting wildlife. We were lucky to see bald eagles, grey whales, orcas, seals and otters. Hot Springs Cove amazing though it was well worth being on first boat ( 8'oclock start) as we... More

I had a great time with them, I saw what I wanted to see: grey wheales, sea lions and seals but I cannot give them a full 5 because they work like a factory instead of a small business, the tour is automatic, you get in the shop, you talk, you pay you leave and you are back with your... More

My husband and I were lucky enough to book a whale watching trip with Jamie's while visiting Tofino. We set off into beautiful Clayquot Sound just after lunch. The ocean was remarkably calm that day but be sure to wear layers and maybe a hat to cover your head/ears as it can get quite chilly on the open ocean even... More

This is our second year doing trips with Jamie's, and we had a great time. We did the Bear tour first, seeing 3 different Black Bears, crabbing on various beaches, with plenty of time to view and photograph them. Also saw seals. Next day did the RIB trip to go whale watching, several Grey Whales spotted. Guides are knowledgeable and... More

The staff, Amazing. The boat, fantastic. The views, to die for. The whales, present. Let's face it folks, these are not Sea World whales.... They won't jump on command or show you much more than a blast of spray and a wave of the tail, but that's okay. Stop and think about what you are bearing witness to... I can't... More

We hummed and hawed over this one - which company to go whale-watching with? (There's a ton of them in Tofino.) And whether to go Zodiac class - faster, closer to the action, but bumpier and wetter. No contest, we went with the relative comfort of the Leviathan and had a great morning. Great because: - we saw whales. You... More
