From my first phone inquiry, through the planning of itinerary to meet our wish list, to the guides who led us through our adventures - EXCELLENT in every way. Our group of 4 did a whole day marine expedition by zodiac on one day and a kayak, hike and picnic on another day. Our guides outfitted us expeditiously yet with... More

I am paddling around Vancouver Island and needed foam to help fix parts of my kayak. Don (one of the owners) stopped what he was doing to find me materials. Shop is well kept and well stocked-and the staff working there quickly helped me get in touch with him. Thanks!

Wife and i joined this trip using a zodiac to whale watch . The high speed of the boat getting to likely sightings was certainly exhilarating . However we ran into a fog bank and it looked like the chance of sighting anything but a rock had become non-existent . Infact we were bobbing about in the mist and I... More

My husband and I took a 3 hour kayak trip with Tyson. We typically kayak in calm lake water, and Tyson was patient as he explained how to paddle in a two person kayak on the ocean. We took our time and looked at different kinds of sea stars, water birds, eagles, etc. Tyson shared his knowledge of the fauna... More

We did bear watch followed by whale watch in afternoon. Had Fraser and Jay as guides and both were excellent in spotting, informing and taking time with the wildlife. Saw 7 bears, including a mother and cub, sea and river otters, seals and sea lions, ospreys, eagles, lion's mane jelly fish, porpoises and followed an orca for an hour. Zodiacs... More

I took the 3-hour Whale Watch Plus tour and I loved it. We saw an orca, two gray whales, two sea otters, eagles, and a rookery full of fat, playful sea lions! Our driver/guide, Peter was fantastic. He knew a lot about all the animals, their habitats and behaviours. When the water got choppy he checked in to see how... More

Brilliant day trip to Hot Springs Cove including whale watching - Jay was a great guide - really knowledgable and great at manouvering the boat through some (semi) high seas! Such an incredible experience - we saw orcas, grey whales, puffins, seals, sea otters, eagles and starfish...all thanks to Jay (and some willing wildlife participants!) - the team work well... More

Absolutely fantastic trips. We went on Bear watching and Whale watching and had a wonderful time. They are reasonably priced, provide all the necessary gear and have some of the best boats. Respectful of the wildlife too. Very friendly and informative guides - Tyson and Frazer.

What a wonderful experience! I went on the hot springs explorer and bear watch tours with remote passages. Jay was our guide for the hot springs tour. He was enthusiastic, informative, and friendly. We were extremely lucky to make 2 separate whale sightings on our trip. 4 orcas on the way in and 2 gray whales on the way out.... More

From start to finish, this was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The support staff were friendly and professional and Ryan was all you wanted from a guide. Enthusiasm, knowledge, and a good sense of humour. We saw all the wildlife suggested, Black Bears, Wolves, bird life and harbour seals. My advice: just do it - it was a highlight amongst many...
