Most rewarding, amazing, surreal and fantastic experience of my life. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, untouched by human hand - just as it was created, and the grizzlies are a bonus! The location is stunning and the grizzlies awesome.

Booked this via plane flight. Very excited, however weather didn't allow trip on day scheduled. We were unable to make the rescheduled flight (next day, after 5 phone called) due to existing holiday schedule. Despite protestations to the contrary and statements on website no refund forthcoming of full payment made. Incredibly disappointed and let down. No doubt the experience is... More

Don't miss this. It's not just about the Grizzlies. The boat trip out to the sanctuary is relaxing and scenic. The hosts know the area very well. Seeing the bears is a chance of a lifetime. You never get off the vessel, but their are lots of chances to see the grizzlies in their habitat without stressing them. Again the... More

If you have time when you are in Prince Rupert and if the weather is decent, book a tour out here. The scenery is spectacular, and the trip itself is fun, but you should see bears too, along with eagles, sea lions and birds. We went with Prince Rupert Adventure Tours, and it was a first-rate day in every respect.

Nothing to add except they were fascinating and wonderful to watch. Would do it again, if I got the chance. I took a boat plane tour (pacific Air) which flew us to the inlet, We then transferred onto a boat with our guide who had been doing summer seasons with bears for over 25 years. He really knew his way... More

The trip there is worth to see the mountains from the water. Bears might be in sight or not; if they are it is a great experience.

We went on the day long boat trip with Adventure Tours - not cheap but worth every penny! The staff on the boat were brilliant and knowledgeable. We saw several bears, eating grass, digging for clams, sunning themselves - I was quite emotional about the whole experience. It felt like a real privilege to be there so close to these... More
