We're so glad we stopped at this Visitor Centre the day we arrived in the area. We picked up all the maps and booklets we needed for our visit along with a great bottle of wine for our first evening in Wine Country. We were impressed by the friendly and informative staff.

We were greeted quickly and given the information we needed, and some that we didn't know we needed! Visiting in the off season it was great to know immediately which wineries were open.

Lots of information, helpful staff, but the VQA wine store did not have any of the wines we wanted to buy (some of the wineries were closed at this time of year and we hoped to purchase some of their wines here).

What a great job building this establishment! The staff were helpful and location just perfect. A little confusing for tourists as to how to find parking at first but over all fantastic. One of the nicest Ive been to.

A wonderful stop in Penticton. A great selection of VQA wines and the staff were very helpfull and personable!!! The gift shop has many interesting & funny items. And a beautiful facility with lots of parking.

This is a must visit stop when you go to Penticton. Not only does the Visitor Centre have a ton of info on what is going on in the area (there almost is always some event going on) but in the Wine store you can find all the local wines and great gifts. Definitely worth the stop:)
