We are located on the beautiful Naramata Bench in the heart of the Okanangan Valley. At LA FRENZ , we believe the quality in the bottle begins in the vineyard. Cutting edge and meticulous vineyard practices are used in combination with varieties tailored to the unique soils and micro climates of our vineyard sites to produce the vibrant and intense grape characters found only in the Okanagan Valley. The potential of the resulting fruit, using experience and careful stewardship throughout the vinification process, is maintained and enhanced to create exceptional wines that truly reflect the grape variety and vineyard site.We welcome you to our unique wine shop overlooking Lake Okanagan. This spectacular view was featured on the $100 banknote from 1954 to 1975. From April through October, we are open daily, 10am to 5pm for tastings and purchases.

An absolutely amazing winery! The wines are in our opinion some of the best around! We packed a picnic lunch to dine on while enjoying a bottle of just one of our favorites from this winery, Alexandria! The view is fabulous from the patio. The staff are very knowlegable and friendly. If you can only do a couple of wineries... More

LaFrenz creates our favorite wines! The wine shop is inviting, the staff is superb, the view is amazing and the wine is fabulous! No matter what your favorite wine or wine style, there is something at LaFrenz that will suit your palate. Year to year, you can count on LaFrenz to produce high quality wine. The best winery on Naramata Bench! My favourite place to take visitors - each with different tastes. There's a wine for everyone! Walk up to the entrance through hanging grape vines. Enjoy 5 reserve wines on their world-famous, scenic patio! (ask to see the Canadian bill that their property is featured on!) A reservation is recommended for $10 reserve tasting,... More

This quaint winery has a unique entrance in that you walk on a path through the grapevines to get to the tasting room. Since we were there in August it afforded us some beautiful photos with the various types of grapes hanging off the vines. We tasted a few of their wines and my favourite was the off-dry Muscat called... More

We tried a number of delicious wines. The sign on the road said it had been named best small winery and we could see how it earned that honour. Definitely worth stopping in when you're in the Penticton area

Sampling wine is of course a very personal experience. That said, I don't think you can go wrong with their Semillion wine. We always purchase a couple of bottles to serve with our Thanksgiving meal. The servers are very knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth the stop when you are touring wineries on the Bench.

Consistently outstanding for some of their sweeter style dessert wines. Over the years, I’ve bought their Muscat liquer and Port style wines that are fantastic for their price/quality ratio. In the more recent years, their Alexandria white wine has become my ultimate favourite. I can only hope they’ll continue making it! Overall, totally worth a visit. A great variety for... More

Great wines! It's a very beautiful winery, and the tasting is totally worth it, because all their wines are so good! The best one is the amazing Chardonnay reserve, must try!

The first bottle of wine I received from this winery was when the owner gifted it to my husband for playing the digeridoo during the Penticton Wine Festival. I was impressed - and continue to be. Fine wine. Took out of town friends there a few days ago and I liked there tasting approach - the customer selects the 4... More

One of the best in the region, fantastic staff and a beautiful patio to sit and enjoy a bottle from their great collection. Amazing Reserve Pinot, and the Reserve Chardonnay is also a must have. Their wine club is fantastic as many of their best wines sell out very fast. The wine club ensures they are shipped to my office,... More
