We are located on the beautiful Naramata Bench in the heart of the Okanangan Valley. At LA FRENZ , we believe the quality in the bottle begins in the vineyard. Cutting edge and meticulous vineyard practices are used in combination with varieties tailored to the unique soils and micro climates of our vineyard sites to produce the vibrant and intense grape characters found only in the Okanagan Valley. The potential of the resulting fruit, using experience and careful stewardship throughout the vinification process, is maintained and enhanced to create exceptional wines that truly reflect the grape variety and vineyard site.We welcome you to our unique wine shop overlooking Lake Okanagan. This spectacular view was featured on the $100 banknote from 1954 to 1975. From April through October, we are open daily, 10am to 5pm for tastings and purchases.

I visited this winery twice this year but during the Fall Wine Festival \I took a friend with me. As is the case during wine fest, it was very busy with the tasting room full of people, all enjoying conversations whilst tasting the wines of La Frenz. We finally got a place at the tasting bar and were greeted by... More

Our annual Okanagan wine trip always includes La Frenz and this year we were especially looking forward to our visit as we had such a great experience last year and had been raving about it to friends who were joining us this year. I visited La Frenz twice in the same week, with two different groups and unfortunately, on both... More

A fantastic winery in the Naramata district. It was the first time trying the Semillon and no wonder they won awards for it, it was amazing! We'll definitely be back to pick up more!

Hi Andrea, So glad you enjoyed the Semillon. We have been making this wine since our very first vintage in 1999 and it is one of our favourites. Thank you for your great comments. Enjoy! Niva Martin More

Years ago, a tasting at La Frenz showed me what wine can taste like. My wife and I recently went for another tasting and I was reminded how good their wine is.. for my taste, it's the best in the valley and I really respect what they're doing there.

An absolutely amazing winery! The wines are in our opinion some of the best around! We packed a picnic lunch to dine on while enjoying a bottle of just one of our favorites from this winery, Alexandria! The view is fabulous from the patio. The staff are very knowlegable and friendly. If you can only do a couple of wineries... More

The best winery on Naramata Bench! My favourite place to take visitors - each with different tastes. There's a wine for everyone! Walk up to the entrance through hanging grape vines. Enjoy 5 reserve wines on their world-famous, scenic patio! (ask to see the Canadian bill that their property is featured on!) A reservation is recommended for $10 reserve tasting,... More

This quaint winery has a unique entrance in that you walk on a path through the grapevines to get to the tasting room. Since we were there in August it afforded us some beautiful photos with the various types of grapes hanging off the vines. We tasted a few of their wines and my favourite was the off-dry Muscat called... More

We tried a number of delicious wines. The sign on the road said it had been named best small winery and we could see how it earned that honour. Definitely worth stopping in when you're in the Penticton area
