Meh wine...

A family run winery that uses their renovated garage as a tasting room, but don't be fooled their wine is awesome. We have watched them grow in selection over the past 6 or 7 years and always enjoy our visits and conversation with the family who run the winery. Great wine you will not be able to leave without a... More

My wife and pulled up to the wine shop only to discover it's a garage attached to a house. However when you get closer it is a well appointed showcase which has a tasting bar. Very pleasant staff. I discovered the vineyard through a restaurant in Langley that served a Kettle Valley Merlot 2009. Really liked it. Fortunately, they had... More

very limited selection for samples, when we wanted to taste wine the answer was "this one is not in the sample list, so you cant taste" . purchased some wine but will not return or buy their wine from my local store. poor service and presentation of the winery.

If you need to charge a fee to cover people that don't buy the fine. But to make a customer pay up front like a criminal is not acceptable. They not only lost a large sale becuase one person in our party was not comfortable with it, but the owner/manager was not very friendly when she came out to help.... More

We went mid week, early in July and before the real summer crowds arrived. I have to say this is the only winery I visited that disappointed my husband and I. For starters, KVW was the ONLY winery of about 30 I visited that demanded cash payment upfront (then deducted it from the bill when I bought wine). All of... More

My wife had some of their Pinot Gris a few years ago, liked it, and we were hoping to taste thats plus one or two others. Unfortunately, none of the ones we wanted to taste were available. Staff was friendly enough. Staff was friendly though but didn't offer any suggestions even though we were there early on a Saturday.

Unfortunately we were unable to taste any wines as they weren't officially open to the public as it was Easter weekend. But during the warm weather they have delicious wine slushies!!

we only wanted to taste one wine and did not mind paying for the privilege however we were told that particular wine was not on offer that day - could we come back Saturday or taste 4 other wines that day. Neither of which we wanted to do. We left without making a purchase - they lost $350!
