Shuswap Lake is our family favorite! The water is warmer than any lake in the Okanagan Shuswap area and fun for all water sports.. Our family has enjoyed many of the provincial parks on this lake over the years as well as the marine parks accessible by boat only.

Great lake with crystal clean water. Launch your boat in Salmon Arm and treat the family to some of the best ice cream around before or after hitting the water. Stay in the channel when launching your boat as to the left and right is very shallow. Sandy point is a great sandy beach.

We stayed at Cottonwood Cove RV Resort in late June with our 28' trailer, just before school got out. It's not too busy and the lake isn't filled with the constant drone of motor boats yet. Weather was breezy, so it was bearable, even in the low 30s. Some shady spots right on the lake. Nice, grassy plots to sit... More

We rented a two boats and had a great experience. This was most peoples first time houseboating and waterway made the experience great. They had the boats cleaned and ready on time and helped guide us in operating the boats and where to go on the lake etc. It was a ton of fun enjoying the beautiful views of the... More

I loved this lake. I didn't actually go on it but the view from the road was stunning from so many different view points.

Tried to change the size of our houseboat understanding there would be a $750 charge as indicated on the confirmation agreement I received in the mail, when I called Sharon was out right rude and tried to take our full $4,800 deposit. Now stuck with this company on my vacation.

Shuswap Lake is one of the best kept secrets. Quaint little towns surround this oasis. Houseboat on the 5 arms of the lake - you can even pull up for a beverage and burger at Dock's Pub in Tappen. If houseboating is not your thing - superb gated campgrounds surround the area. My kids were lucky enough to spend the... More
