On most days, Kelowna City Park offers several vendors, entertainment or activities. It's a great scenic stroll solo, with your partner or your pet and a fun cycle; however, the happy atmosphere is better enjoyed on foot than while pedalling.

We have been in this park every chance we get. It offers great walking paths and a vast amount of space for a variety of outdoor activities. The location is central to downtown and is a must for everyone to visit and enjoy.

I enjoy the variety of people that visit City Park. The one thing I would like to have is a coffee/cafe spot right along the water. Maybe it is a good idea to keep the area free of commercialism but I would appreciate a spot that isn't grandiose but quaint and fits into the surrounding scenery.

This park is downtown and frequented by sketchy crowds (drug dealers, homeless, etc.) There's often some activities (shows) happening and the city is trying to keep it clean and safe. Not the best place to go hang out in my opinion...

City Park is right by the hub of Bernard Avenue with street vendors, lots of restaurants, walkways, jogging, boating, beaches, beach volley ball, watermark for kids, playground and often outdoor music in the summer

It's a traditional park with grass, trees and a bowls club at first glance - but there's so much more to enjoy. There is a kids play area full of fountains, tippler buckets and all sorts of ways to get wet in the sunshine. Small kids will enjoy the chance to climb on the grizzly bear statues or the dragon's... Views all round. The cafes and bars are nearby. Well maintained park with waterfront boardwalk. And the best public washrooms anywhere.
