For a city of only 130,000 people or so, H2O is a surprisingly large and well-maintained facility. In fact, it is (at the time of construction) the largest privately owned water park of its kind in Canada. It is farily new, having being constructed only 7-8 years ago which adds to its appeal since it is modern-looking without feeling run-down... More

I stopped in for a midday Thursday workout while traveling through Kelowna. H2O looked intriguing, and is likely a lot of fun with kids, but next time I'm looking to exercise in Kelowna, I will look for other options. The fee, per their website, was $9.80 for an adult. They neglect to mention the added tax, which brings the total... More

We visited Kelowna for the first time and looked up some less sunny day options before we arrived and came across the H2O Adventure Fitness Centre. So far we never had the opportunity to visit lot's of water parks, therefore it was the "first" experience for our 5 year old child and as soon he saw the slides the day... More

I had a great time here and there were so many different thins to do! I was never bored. The slides were fun, but my favourite part was the surfing! I went on my knees because I was too chicken to stand up but if you go and decide to stand up then good for you haha

When the sky ain't blue and the sun don't shine, take your wild water pleasures indoors at H20. I was so impressed with the layout of the place and the facilities in general, I rushed back to Calgary to sell the idea to local investors. Stay tuned. :)

Great value if you're looking to get out of the sun or trying to find an indoor activity on a rainy day. The lazy river is really fun and the wave pool is great too. Given how many people use the facility is was reasonably clean. The day we went it was almost at max capacity (max is just over... More

Took my son and I to the pool for the first time. It was just about $17.00 for myself and my son who is 5. That's a bit expensive. Wanted to double up with my son on the big slides as he is too scared to ride alone, but you're not allowed to which made my boy sad. The River... More

Love the fact that they have Kelowna's only 50 metre lap pool- perfect for those who are training for triathlons, distance swims, etc. Unfortunately the 50 metre pool is only open a few days a week, and only early mornings. The lanes are quite crowded at times, and swim club takes about 1/2 the pool . Lots of family fun... More

We went to H2O with our 3year old she loved it! There is a small kids area with slides, and fountains to jump in and spray each other. The wave rider was fun too watch I wasn't brave enough to try it out though :) Over all great swim and fun indoors, perfect for a cold rainy or winter day!
