Beautiful Okanagan Lake and Valley in the Interior of British Columbia, Canada. Fabulous variety of activities including hiking and mountain biking through beautiful valleys and canyons with spectacular views. Picnic lunches and snacks allow you to enjoy a peaceful break at any time. Bring water and your camera. Enjoy the beach at City Park in Kelowna!

Absolutely gorgeous lake in the middle of wine country and orchards. There are many pulic beaches for summer fun. I was born here, and moved then moved back. Would not live anywhere else.

Happiest place on earth! Well maybe not The Happiest but pretty darn good. I travel to the okanogan all year round with work and it is always one of my favorite destinations with lots to do whenever you go just driving along the shoreline from Kelowna to Penticton is always a treat.(although i do miss flintstone land).

I love this lake. It runs from Vernon to Penticton and is great if you have a boat to go up and down. There is a public marine in downtown Kelowna so you can get out and explore. No boat, no worries, there are lots of public beaches all over the place.

It's, you know, BIG. Very deep - does not freeze over in the winter. Very popular with boaters in the summer.

Our family visited this marvelous place in December 2015. In fact we spent Christmas and New Year's in one resort with view to Lake Okanagan. Every Morning we woke up with such a nice view of the nature.
