The course made an error when I booked. I specifically requested Quail but they placed us on The Bear Luckily we arrived early and the staff were able to find a group we could join. The yardage is NOT marked well at all on the course. No 100 yard markers found Only have 150 yard- found infrequently. No GPS in... More

Great condition and views. Course is in really good shape. Some of the fairways are a little tight, I.e. Lost a few balls, but still a very nice course. Food is also very good at the club house.

My 12yr old son just finished a week long junior golf camp at The Bear with golf pro Kyle Miller. It was his first time golfing and he had a great time. Despite the heatwave, he enjoyed every moment and wants to go back for more. He was in a group of 4 boys of various ages (some of whom... More

These two courses are in terrific condition and super playable for any level of player. The staff and GM run an extremely friendly and tight operation. Thanks from the BBT guys!

Both the Quail and Bear are great courses. Challenging for the low handicappers, yet forgiving enough for others to enjoy. Ideal spot for a 36 hole day as part of a boyz weekend. Ask the bartender to make you a double freshin! Will be back again!

Great golf, great food, great friends. Played both courses with the gang and had a blast. No better golf course to do two rounds in one day and then sip on a few cold ones. Will be back soon.

These two golf courses are fun to play and very close to Kelowna for easy access. They are a bit pricey given the number of courses in the area and growing, but the courses are part of the upper end of courses in the Okanagan. My wife's favorite course is The Bear. We rarely play the Quail course as the... More

Wow , 2 great golf courses in a scenic setting and right in Kelowna. Kind of tucked away into the hillside. The Bear is a classic Jack Nicklaus course , forgiving but challenging, undulating and fair. Lots of room to grip and rip it ! The Quail is a good test, designed by our famous Canadian Les Furber, a bit... More

Golf club dining is hit or miss! It`s either very good, or very average. Our experience at the Okanagan Club, was that they try and make it interesting, but it is mostly fast food. With the exception of evening dinners which can be good. There is a Pasta night or Stir Fry night on alternate Fridays, which isn't bad. You... More

The two courses here have good sized landing areas and no tricks off the tee. The course holes generally allows you to fly the ball onto the green or run it up which makes it user friendly for seniors and lady golfers. There were many pull carts on the range amongst the members so it is quite walkable. The greens... More
