Great conditioning design and execution on both courses. Like their sister course Gallagher's Canyon OGCs are destination experiences. If you golf and you come to Kelowna and you don't play Gallaghers, the Quail and/or the bear, then you are not well informed. There are other really good Kelowna golf experience but top tier is top tier

We did 2 rounds - one at The Bear and one at The Quail courses. Very nice courses and the staff was really good; only complaint is that the cart should be included with the green fee - pretty pricey!

This was the final golf course on a recent road trip - there are two courses on this property. Upon arrival, we were told that we could not drive the carts into the parking lot, so we had to go back to our car and grab our bags, if this is the case they should have a bag drop or... More

I haven't played here for years, but decided to on a recent golf weekend. They offered a double round special where you got to play both The Bear and The Quail course on the same day for $185 (which included power carts, range balls and taxes), so we decided to do it. The Quail course has a nice layout and... More

Had thought I had booked a time for the Quail but they lost my tee time. Never the less, they were extremely accommodating to me as a single and I did get on the Bear even before the time I had booked on the Quail. I still could have played the Quail had I wanted to wait 30 minutes but... More

We arrived on a somewhat cloudy morning at about 10 am. We were politely greeted by a young student working at the course for the season. He took possession of our weapons and loaded them on the cart. We checked in. This golf club is a classic member course but also open to the public. We chose to play The... More

Had high expectations of this course but the buggy battery failed after 9 holes! Had to walk for 20 minutes to find someone to call the shop for a replacement. After a further 30 minute wait, another buggy was brought by 2 unapologetic staff members. We let several groups through but the 4 ball in front didn't have the courtesy... More

The course made an error when I booked. I specifically requested Quail but they placed us on The Bear Luckily we arrived early and the staff were able to find a group we could join. The yardage is NOT marked well at all on the course. No 100 yard markers found Only have 150 yard- found infrequently. No GPS in... More

We apologize for your experience at the golf shop counter and we are happy that we were able to join you with a group to play our course. Our golf courses have yardage plates on each and every par 4 and par 5 (100yd, 150yd, 200yd plates) set into the ground in the center of each fairway. Unfortunately, yardage plates... More

Great condition and views. Course is in really good shape. Some of the fairways are a little tight, I.e. Lost a few balls, but still a very nice course. Food is also very good at the club house.

My 12yr old son just finished a week long junior golf camp at The Bear with golf pro Kyle Miller. It was his first time golfing and he had a great time. Despite the heatwave, he enjoyed every moment and wants to go back for more. He was in a group of 4 boys of various ages (some of whom... More
