My experiences with the Kelowna Winners store have always been fairly mediocre. I'm not particularly impressed with their products or their service. Interactions with other customers in the store, however, have always been great; very friendly and helpful.

The products are always displayed in a good fashion, the workers are efficient, and there is a great selection of products.
