Last time was about 15 years ago. I was totally impressed with the Park. Swimming is in the river and there is concession stand open... More

Beautiful place to go to enjoy the peaceful ambiance and lovely park. A definite must see while in Kamloops. The rose garden is very pretty and a nice memory of Meryl Matthews. The Uji garden is also very nicely done. The City gardeners do a lot of work and it shows.

I went down to the river with my daughter in law and grandson . The beach was groomed very nicely, the water park clean and fun. The playground was fun enjoying the slide a lot. The grass and flowers were at their best.

People, rail travellers as well as local people, at play, in the sunset. For us, after the arrival of the Rocky Mountaineer, this was a huge pleasure.

Beautiful park to take a walk alone or with your significant other - or to take kids to play in the water park.

It is a Grear park and good concerts in the summer. They have free concerts in the summer months. Try to go there and enjoy the view and the music.

This small park sits alongside the lake and had views of it and mountains. There's a small bandshell with free nightly concerts at 7:00pm. A lovely rose garden with benches is dedicated to Princess Diana. There's also a playground for kids, walking trails, & other amenities.
