I used to camp here as a kid. In the last few visits, we rode our motorbikes up for the day. Stretched out on the grass for a rest. We have gone for the day, to the beach- not that great. And the water is cold. And there are leeches . And mosquitors. Its quite cool , even in August,... More

this is truly the picture paradise of Canada, the lakes are perfect, still and catch the sun like jewels. they really are what postcards were made for. they might be off the beaten track but that's what keeps them so perfect. worth the 10-15 mins extra to get there

Postcard sunset with fish jumping and the lake so calm it could have been glass. With rare exception the only sounds I heard were natural. Did I mention the food. Delicious! Coupled with the considerate service and gentle atmosphere I will definitely go there again.

Campsite is better than average, grassy picnic area & beach, water is cold but refreshing. 3 hour hiking trail around the lake is well worth the time,

Unfortunately a lot of the pine trees were destroyed by the pine beetle, but there still enough trees to feel someway secluded. The grass area beside the lake is great for romping in and also have picnic tables. They have a large roped off area for swimming. The lake is large enough to explore via kayaks, canoes. They have a... More

There is a camping site by the lake, great for picnics, grass fields to play, lots of treed area for shade. Only 20 mins outside of Kamloops. So user friendly

Serene, very peaceful. Wonderful day area to relax on a Sunday with the family. Set up very well. Electric motors only. No fish caught but so nice to troll about the lake.

This place is peaceful, serene and awe inspiring all at the same time. A true natural gem close enough to Kamloops for a day trip but a world away... So relaxed & restful after our trip.
