Had a wonderful facial at the spa and I left looking 10 years younger. The spa is situated beside the hot spring pools and the setting is amazingly natural. 3 outdoor pools, rather close together, but with their landscaping, they've created a beautiful, serene environment, perfect to relax.

Long tradition in BC and hadn't been for years. Clean, site, rooms with good beds. Friendly staff and excellent food from coffee shop, bar and at a private sit down dinner event. Liked the free afternoon tea.

nature at it's best with a quaint village atmosphere. Hot mineral springs, and a variety of hotels and restaurants for every taste. Rent a boat or a bicycle, watch the game at the Old Settler Pub or linger over a coffee with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains at Muddy Waters.

The hot springs pools and the grounds were nice and met my expectations, but I was disappointed by the décor of the common areas. The facility can gain a lot from being updated. This would help with the musty odor in the halls.

Certainly would recommend this wonderful resort. You will feel very welcomed and appreciated by all that work at this resort. Very relaxing at all the pools. We did like the adults only pool. Great assortment at breakfast with good service. Front desk staff very pleasant. We would recommend that you stay 2 nights or more to take advantage of the... More

On arrival it was a bit haphazard with the one staff member tied up with a guests questions about the area which meant that all the other guests were left ignored. I walked up to the desk and was shouted at by the receptionist to go to the next one. Saying couldn't I see the other guests purse and keys.... More

Loved the hot tubs & peace and quiet/tranquility. I like that this is a dog friendly hotel. The out door hot tubs are fantastic, even with rain coming down.

My fiancé and I liked that it was the off season. We didn't have to fight for parking and we walked along the quiet streets and enjoyed each other's company. Very romantic. The only downside is that for a couple of chefs, there aren't many good restaurant choices.
