Took my 9 and 11 year old. They had a lot of fun in 5 hours. I would say this is more for teenagers and younger adults. Ability to swim and average level of fitness would add to your fun. We just happened to meet the owner, one of the nicest men I've ever met and we got to try out some of the water activities. It was awesome! I recommend the big blow up water park AND THE TUBING ! I felt like a kid again and would go back 100%!!
