What a great 'forever' experience! Our guide Teiran was absolutely excellent! Was so exciting to have the priviledge of quietly watching a pod of Orkas gracefully moving and feeding on salmon thru the area. We were also able to view a number of seals (aka 'rock sausages') and also a harbour porpoise as well. On our way back we stopped... More

It was a more then four hours trip and every second worth. With a great guide (Lance) and lots of orkas and seals.

This was a very nice experience, an adventure with a hospitable captain, hoe could tell a lot about the animal life we saw. I enjoyed every minute of it.

Wow - what an experience ! Even better than what I did and saw in Juneau, Alaska few days before. After a discussion with Simon explaining my photography needs, I decided to do a double header (ie both the 12 noon and 5 PM sunset tours). Both were excellent and completely different in terms of whale sightings, behavior and lighting... More

Please, please folks pay for this and NOT to see the ones in captivity! One of the best experiences of my life (and my son). We loved it! Highly recommend this outfit! will definitely go again when we are out this way. 08/09/14 (sask)

I went whalewatching twice on Vancouver Island, the first was with OceanEcoVentures and it was so much better than the second! It wasn't that cheap but I'm so glad I did it with OceanEcoVentures as well since I was really dissappointed by the second company. Our "Captain Lance" was really excited about the whales and told us everything we wanted... More

We had a brilliant tour, saw lots of killer whales, the captain (Lance) was very respectful of these majestic mammals, and knew a lot about the biology and the habitats. Well done!

We spent the better part of 5 hours on a orca watch with Tiren and Simon (two small boats). It is rare when your guide is more excited to see whale activity then you are (and we were very excited, but Tiren was beaming as he was able to point out various orca pods and the manuevers/techniques they use in... Our skipper was the best. All the locals we spoke to recommended this company to view the whales, and they wereright! We were excited to see the whales as it was our first time to see them, but it was as if it was or skippers first time too, except he knew exactly where the whales would be, had extensive... More

Family of five went whale watching. We booked for 5pm departure. Service was great. We had to put on thick insulated flotation suits. The boats used are open seating, NO windows. The ride out to locate the whales was around 1 hour each way. There was a porta potty on our boat. The ride was okay, there were goggles and... More
