If you are heading to Canada you have to check out British Columbia. This place rocks. Go to Golden (2.5 hrs west of Calgary) and do the white water rafting make sure you get a company that does the "lower canyon" I went with Glacier Raft and it was a ton of fun. You even get a free Glacier beer... more
