Nice riding stable. But because it had rained the night before, the trails were quite muddy and the horses were hesitant going through some areas. Guide also seemed a bit grumpy.

This stable is on the grounds of the Fairmont. They have several different rides, and we did them all. The convenience was great! We also loved that in Jasper in general, and at this stables, there were no crowds. The 3 of us were the only ones on all rides!

My wife and I wanted to do some horseback riding with good views. There was some good scenery, but we never stopped to enjoy it. The pace was slow. It was your standard "mane to tail" ride. Our guide was texting just about the entire time. At $60 for 2 hours it was over priced. I wouldn't recommend it unless...

I had a 1-hour horseback trail ride (on my horse Harley), which was good fun & I had great views looking down at the townsite & the Athabasca River. For me the 1-hour session was more than enough as I am not an experienced horse rider & was pretty sore/stiff after a while. Great activity to get out & about...

These guys are very relaxed, no messing around, straight into it. Horses were great and the guide pitched it just right. A great way to spend a half-day - nice country, great views. Don't be too worried if you are a newbie like me (I'd only ever been on a horse once before). Ideal for kids from about 10 y/o....

We've been coming to Jasper since 2005 and we always visit Pyramid Stables or now known as Jasper Park Stables for a horseback ride. We've been on all 3 rides and our favourite by far is the 2 hour with it's great views. This year's ride was awesome as always considering our guide (Christina) seemed impatient while my children's horses...

I went on a two hour ride at Jasper park riding stables and it was just great. The horses are in great shape the veiw is spectacular and the staff are wonderfull (very freindly) I would recomend it the to anyone horse person or not!
