Trams are very crowded and if you are unlucky enough to be stuck in the middle, you can see nothing on the trip up. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable morning. Peaceful and quiet at the top of Mount Whistlers. A little expensive but in line with other attractions in the Rockies.

The parking lot was full so we had to park down the road a bit. It took 20-25 minutes of standing in line to purchase the tickets. Another 70 minute wait to board the tram. Crowded inside the tram. It's beautiful at the top. Did it take my breath away? No. We didn't spend a lot of time once we... More

Nice ride up the mountain. Able to explore up top, walk to summit etc. Saw some wildlife and awesome views of jasper and surrounding areas. Worth a visit

After a short ride to the top we were blown away with the magnificant views over the Rocky Montains. The short climb to the Summit 8000ft was not only good exercise but exposed additional 360 degree views of this agressive and impressive mountain range. The staff and Tree Line restaurant selection was very satisfying and Tim Poaps Food and Beverage... More

Visibility was great from the top. We were apparently lucky to be able to see the peak of Mount Robson in the distance – it is normally covered in cloud and has the distinction of being the highest mountain in the Canadian Rockies. We continued from the upper station up to the summit of Whistlers mountain, where my son (11)... More

About a 5-10 minute drive from the Town of Jasper. We made our tram reservations in advance before arriving Jasper. The ride was nice but too many people per car. The best photo opps are when you get off the tram and climb to the summit. It's a good and nice hike to get to the summit. Good footwear is... More

Impressive view from up top, but do not reserve ahead of time as the mountain can be covered in clouds.

On the one hand, the views you get on the way up and the way down are, if you dare to look (!) pretty exceptional and this continues as you get off and ascend on the trail. However, the trail continues and gets fairly rocky and steep but to no real merit. When you look down right at the top... More

Great views and walks on top of mountain. A bit pricey for limited activity but a must to do in the area. Temperature can change significantly at any time of day so take plenty of layers.

I have been through the Rockies mountains many time and the was beautiful but the views from the sky tram are breath taking. The ride on the tram it self sucked to many people on the tram to see anything. That's ok because when you get off and stand on the observation deck it is amazing. Be prepared for a... More
