Excellent location right in the centre of town and walking distance from The Lobstick Lodge. We only needed to find a chemist and a bank and at the same time picked up a load of brochures, which we never found any where else. They gave us very informative advice about the sites we were going to that afternoon.

We were only going to be in Jasper two days. The staff helped us plan our two days! So helpful and they even suggested alternates if the weather turned bad.

On my god, the staff here is the best there is.. We felt like we were visiting with good friends. Even if you know Jasper and the surrounding area like the back of your hand, stop in anyway, just to say HI.

We called in for some advice on local attractions as we seemed to be visiting at a strange time of year and a number of them were not open yet. The staff were very friendly and a great source of information. You can of course purchase tickets to some attractions there and there is also a neat giftshop. If you... More

What an amazing heritage building! Staff were extremely interested in helping us choose hiking trails suited to our level of ability. Felt like they just might come along to make sure we had a good experience - so friendly and so much enthusiasm for the park - thanks
