This trip is a must for everyone. It is a truely unique experience. Its a guided trip firstly on a bus to the upper car park and then onto a Antartic Coach vehicle with 6ft tall tyres! The guides are fun and knowledgeable about the various geographical features around them. I have done this trip in brilliant sunshine and bitter... More

The highlight of our trip - the drivers for the bus and the rover were fun and informative. The icefields were amazing. There is food available the ice center but it is very expensive. I would recommend eating before you get there or packing a picnic. We expected the $49.50 tickets each for the icefields but didn't expect the $30... More

Of course the center itself only provides a splendid view on the glacier. The ride with the special bus makes it a life time experience. Awesome to stand on hundreds meters thick icepack and great narrating by the driver. Chilly but a "must do". More

Was planning on doing the glacier trip, but after stopping at the icefield centre we opted out. Unless you like crowded bus tour trips, visit the centre but think twice about doing the actual glacier walk - unless $50 is pocket change... More

On a cold day it was a welcome break for us. Snowing outside but very warm inside. Hot food was available and welcomed. Good for a starting point for a visit to the glacier. More

Travel by tundra buggy (a snow/ice mobile that sometimes has toilet and heater on board. It is mainly used in the arctic climates to study wildlife and the surface of the land) to a local glacier from Jasper. You will be able to feel how quick ice melts or maybe if you lucky go and explore a glacier. You will... More

This was interesting and fun. Driving on a glacier in a huge tractor like bus is interesting. Learned about glaciers. More

The Centre is closed at this time of the year, but you can still get into the car park and walk to the ice, touch it, hear it, walk upon it and begin to feel in touch. I never knew that the melted water from here reaches the Arctic, the Pacific and the Atlantic Oceans. More
