they have large lots that have good tree coverage for privacy, nature trails, park for kids, free wood. Awesome for that weekend away.

This is an excellent place to visit on a quiet summer day. Went out with friends for a picnic and absolutely loved it. There are a lot of walking trails and play grounds. We played volley ball, soccer etc. We watched people kayaking. It feel amazing just to dip your foot in the water.

Visited to enjoy a nice walk in nature. I was scared to death the entire time, after seeing the signs warning of bears. My companion, a Canadian wasn't worried at all, that is until we came across the large piles of bear feces. I would never return without bear spray!!!!

Great place to have a BBQ for the day and hang out on the beach or play on the playground. The lake is great not to big and nice to kayak on and try to catch some fish. There are public washrooms open for use.

We wanted a nice place to camp on our way home to BC from Fort Mac. Loved this park as it had good camping and some very nice walks around the "Island". It was a bit early for the Trumpeter Swan migration but we did get to see a few early travelers. If we had been a month earlier we... More

I have been to Saskatoon Island a couple times. Needless to say it's a nice play to go wether your camping, want to do some boating on the lake (no fishing) or if you want to walk the trails and see some scenery and wildlife or you can just go there for the day and let your kids play on... More

would have been better if you could swim there otherwise was a good stay, if just camping would be good, does have a park for the children even a bike area.

I toured the park to see if I would like to camp here on future trips but was disappointed as to how run down everything was. There was a lot of fire wood which was good but no roof over to keep the rain off like many other parks I have visited. The only way I would stay here was... More

A nice afternoon at the beach!! Not over-crowded. Kids have a lot of fun! Lots to do. Not far from town. Clean.
