Home of the Edmonton Oilers, this Icon will have its last season in 2015/16. With the new Arena well underway the Oilers will have a new home in 2016/17. Although it had its glory days, the future will be uncertain as this Grand Old lady is getting tired. I have had many great memories in this building and it will... More

You can definitely tell that it is an older venue. Attended the Shania Twain concert at the beginning of June and I can honestly say I will never go back to that venue. First of all walking in the front doors and trying to find the correct stair entrance to your seats was a joke. Signs were not clear and... More

I realize that Edmonton is getting a new arena, but they could take care of the current one they have. I was there for a concert, and was absolutely disgusted by the state of the seats. They looked like they had twenty years of stains on them, I didn't want to sit down. The size of the seats are also... More

We were there on a first visit for a concert and were surprised at how uncomfortable the seats were and absolutely NO leg room. Not sure how old the facility is.

Went to the Neil Diamond concert which by the ways was amazing but it would of been better if we could of got comfortable.. it reminded me why we quit going to hockey games. the seats at Rexall are worse than any airplane we've been in horrible. We will never go to Rexall again unless they do something about the... More

I've attended hockey games and concerts at Rexall Place over the past 8 years. The arena itself has hosted a massive variety of entertainment and it's done a good job of that. The security is really good. Expect bag checks upon arrival and any drinks to be confiscated. Probably to force you to buy their $5 bottles of water or... More

So, it's an old stadium no question, but there is a lot of history and just a charm about the place. Good food options, passionate yet very nice and respectful fans. Being from Philly, this was definitely a new experience! The opening ceremony was awesome, as was the entire experience. Definitely see a game here before they build the new... More

I have been to Rexall for hockey games, concerts, and shows. The venue is accessible via public transit (LRT train) and buses as well as a large parking lot which they charge a lot. During concerts, it can be a pain waiting outside to get in and be searched depending on the artist/band. After getting inside, it can be very... More
