I have been to Rexall for hockey games, concerts, and shows. The venue is accessible via public transit (LRT train) and buses as well as a large parking lot which they charge a lot. During concerts, it can be a pain waiting outside to get in and be searched depending on the artist/band. After getting inside, it can be very... More

Overall the staff was very polite, the washroom facilities were very clean but a standard glass of water was $4 and that was a little outrageous.

As a Brit I needed to tick off a Hockey game in Canada. In Edmonton on business I picked up tickets through a NHL approved re-sale outlet. 69 CAD got us to row two just to the right of the net. Amazing. We certainly got a feel for the game. Anthems, recognising the Forces and the entertainment was fun. Beer... More

After getting rebooted in the Summer of 2006, this performance is now entering into it's ninth season, and it has never been stronger. The Edmonton Oilers, with shows regularly at Rexall Place, includes a recurring cast of Daryl Katz (as Apathy), Kevin Lowe (as Arrogance), Craig MacTavish (as Incompetence), and new cast member Dallas Eakins (as Naiveté). This satirical take... More

I liked the hockey Game hated the Hotel. Music in the coliseum inn was crazy loud reverberated through out the whole building. Ruined the weekend.

I went and seen Motley Crue play here on Nov. 18, 2014 and I must say, it was spectacular! The show went very well, the sound system was awesome and they had a great light show and pyrotechnics. Doors opened at 6 as stated and people flowed in through security quite briskly. I bought a burger and fries. The burger... More

The hockey games here are ok. The concourse is probably too small though, the food sucks, and the bathrooms need a major overhaul. If you've got gold seats, the bar and concession move a bit faster in the private lounge (and the coat check is a nice touch), but it's still crowded as hell. The private boxes are good. Lots... Went to watch an NHL game here. Leg space is very limited and there are areas of major congestion in certain areas of the rink. Would have liked to have seen more history and photos of the glory years and a better souvenir shop.

Went to a game last night, and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. With the amount of negative comments about the arena from locals, I was expecting the worst. Considering it is an older building, I didn't find any issues. The site lines were good, the seats had a lot more leg room than most arenas I've visited, which... More
