Home of the Edmonton Oilers NHL team this small market venue is hockey at its best! The home opener of the 2016 season was enjoyable and charged by a tremendous group of fans. This is the last year for this aging arena. Enjoy it in 2015-2016 hockey season before the team moves downtown.

Tiny concourses, lousy, overpriced food. At least they still have Coke. The sound system is good though--better than the Saddledome. The Gretzky statue should stay here, though!

We are OILERS season ticket holders and over the years we have seen a steady deterioration of the cleanliness in the place. The icing on the cake was last night I walked into the women's washroom in the lower bowl and one of the cleaning staff was using a mop and wiping around a toilet. She then used the same... More

It is not in downtown Edmonton but is in town and on a subway line. There is also plenty of private parking lots around the arena charging $10-15 within a short walk. The facility itself is much the same as other arenas: cramped seats, crowded hallways and overpriced food and drinks. We were there for the Oilers home opener and... More

Typical older hockey arena, that will be replace with a new downtown rink in 2016. Good viewing from any of the seats. I have attended many hockey games as well as a few concerts. Now have metal detectors at the doors so give yourself a few extra minutes to get in. May be an issue during cold winter nights. As... More

We went to Rexall Place to attend Madonna show. Space between rows of seats is very narrow. My 6" foot tall husband found it uncomfortable compare to the stadium in Calgary. The stadium seems to be falling in pieces. Not the best for a show. It could be fine for hockey games.

Home of the Oilers. Has a cool statue of Wayne Gretzky outside. Close to North Edmonton . Easy to find

It's another entertainment venue. There's nothing incredibly special about it. Check the seating chart when concerts come to town so you can see how it'll be set up beforehand.

This place has so much history. Concerts, hockey, games, rodeos, races, almost everything you can think of. Still a beautiful facility and Edmonton should be proud it is one of theirs. If you get the chance, make sure you catch a concert or hockey game here!
