Great place to walk the dog off leash and for him to socialize with other dogs. There is access to the river for the dogs to splash around in the summer and a field for throwing the ball or frisbee.

the trails are varied with asphalt and dirt. nice views form theriver walk. There is a huge dog park there too and off leash trails so stay away if you don't like dogs! :)

It's my neighbourhood park, and it's ok for walks or picnics with the little ones. The parking is problematic, especially when you have to carry picnic baskets and toddlers

I do like this dog park and the trails through the river valley that also connects to Hawrelak park. This is especially convenient during Heritage days in August when parking is non-existent at Hawrelak. You can walk for miles and not see many other people which is both good and bad. I'm not sure I would walk there alone without... More
