I did 3 races and it was so much fun. Great with a large group of friends. I would love to see more of these throughout Canada

First time going to speeders. I was our birthday ( I got two buddies who are born on the same day). We had called ahead to confirm our party of ten the morning of the event to be told that everything was ok and our 2 pm booking was good. We all show up at 1:30 to be told that... More

I was originally excited to introduce Speeders to my friend for the first time, however just as the other commenters have mentioned the staff have now adopted a zero tolerance policy for "reckless driving" -- which i would fully support if people were actually driving recklessly. Firstly I got flagged for something virtually every time i passed the flag staff.... More

Went to SPEEDERS as part of a coprorate team building, and I can see from the reviews that the rules have been tightened even more. At first, we were having a lot of fun and racing around the track. One of my teammembers stopped in the middle of the track and I had to manoever around her quickly and breaked,... More

Mandatory membership fee, gives you the privilege of purchasing races (which are very short, less than 10 minutes). The track is small, the go karts speed can be controlled remotely so they can and will slow you down whenever they feel like it for any dumb reason. I can understand if this is aimed at children, but then again I... More

Management was very rude however, the kids running the races were very friendly. The races are over priced and they make everyone purchase an account even if you're from out of town. All in all will not be taking the family there on our next visit to Edmonton.

As there is no other experience you can compare it to, it's difficult to say that it's too expensive. That being said, it's amazing. Some people complain that they won't let you drift. So? It's Indy styled racing...you don't drift. Good time and really gets your heart pumping.

15.95 just to join and 20 for 8 minutes on the track. I wanted to buy a package so the whole group could go, but only one person could use a package. I requested about group packages, thinking the people at work would like to do a social evening including go karts but again 15.95 for membership and 20 for... More

Race your family and friends with these little spitfire go-karts. Fun, Fast and Furious. Great for rainy day entertainment although a little pricey.

Ok, so this is a very expensive sport. This was my first time there, so in addition to the $49 (forty nine) fee for three (~8 minute) "races," I paid a mandatory "join the club" fee of about fifteen dollars. And that was the discounted way, theoretically, compared to paying $20/race. The track is very small. Think "large conference room."... More
