Over the year we have been to this water park many… many times. When the kids were very young we stay in the shallow water, the small water world at the back and the tub, water slides…. Years went by, the children grow up and so is the fun and game begin, they would go up to the top of... More

It is the biggest mall I have ever been. Since it is long weekend, it is so crowed, and I personally don't like the Galaxy land, it is so noisy, my daughter don't like either, my son really enjoyed it. Water park is our favourite place especially for kids, tsunami wave is definitely good experience for everyone. I also recommend... More

We spend nearly 8 hours at the waterpark. The wave pool is awesome, the tire tubes make it so much more fun. The waterslides were great. I particularly enjoyed the tire tube rides. The zip-line was awesome (although that is an added cost). My only issue is that one of the tire tube rides has to be closed due to... More

I was pleased with my experience this time, the children had fun and the staff was friendly. Only disappointing thing is in the family room there is only 2 bathrooms and the amount of people in this place at once made it a wait to use and it wasn't very clean. On the other hand the rides were fun!

A bit of a vacation without the expense of travelling south! Sit on the "beach" and enjoy the warmth and the waves...then have an exciting ride on a fun-filled waterslide! Worth the price of admission - relax in a hot tub and watch the surfing action! Go bungee-jump if you like or even zip-lining! Remember - if you have any... More

Freezing outside, warm as toast in the waterpark. I enjoyed the park, but wish I knew before I entered that the bigger thrill slides wouldn't be open before 4pm, I would have changed my time in the park. I only had one day at West Edmonton Mall. We spent two hours enjoying the rides and the surf. I found it... More

The water slides were all great and you see they are trying to keep up with newer slides. The pool bottom has faded which shows as brown stains on the floor of the pool. The worst part was The line up to pay and enter which is just ridiculous. Takes a little over 30mins to get to in, the problem is... More

There is something for everyone to do here, from zip lining to surfing. The waterslides, kids area and wave pool are amazing. The cost is high but you can usually find discount tickets on kijiji for about $15 per person. My son is 11 and I take him here every 2 months with a few of his buddies. It’s great... More

We were more than a tad astonished that the WEM Waterpark was not crowded. It is Spring a Break after all! I'm thinking maybe it's too early in the week??? Monday's might be slower? Anyway the water was a pleasant temperature and it really helps to have sunshine coming through the glass roof. We enjoyed the raft slide and the... More

This was the highlight of our trip to Edmonton for the kids. They absolutely loved the Waterpark at the mall. They are 12 and 14 and just had a fantastic time. I do have a few complaints. $ 115.00 for a family pass is very expensive. You cannot just go in with the kids and watch.. you need to pay... More
