I have been to waterparks throughout North America, including massive Disney waterparks in both Florida and California, and simply put, West Edmonton Mall's World Waterpark is one of the best. Even on busy days the lines never seem daunting. There is a great variety of slides, from steep thrillers to lazy floaters, and there is plenty of entertainment kids and... More

Shopped all morning, spent the afternoon at the waterpark. Don't do waterslides but enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sitting on the lounge chairs. Additional $8 rental for locker seemed a little high priced.

Visiting between Christmas and New Years the water park was busy, but the early morning and evening were a little quieter. Having been there before we found the change rooms dirtier than the past. Even the water park area seemed dirtying, and the free drinks area was a sticky mess. A couple of the water features were closed but there... More

The waterslides are great!! The sun chairs fill up quick. You cant pick your own locker, computer does that for you. Overpriced! It was nice to have free water/soda etc. Half way thru the day they had to vacate the pool for 30 mins as someone pooped! Ewww! Did it once, $50 plus food, plus locker not worth it.

I love the waterpark, every couple of years they try and add in new rides which is great. Only thing is that it can be a bit busy so you might want to try and arrange it on a day when you think there would be less people.

There is no doubt this place is pricy but you get value if you make a day of it. The food is average and a bit on the high side. But it is a unique way to spend a day as a family. Booking a cabana in advance adds a big treat for a family visit.

We really enjoyed swimming in here. But I think the pool is too much in chlorine. I got a skin allergy because of the chlorine.

A really great fun experience for people of all ages...our group ranged from 2 to 70 and we all had a good time. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The area is very clean. Family change rooms are a good idea and so good for families to change and shower, especially for younger children. You can do major slides,... More

We love going to the mall and especially the water park. I love the new locker system that has been updated. The staff is so friendly and always helpfull. Two times in the last 4 years there have been gentlemen in the beach hut area drinking. On the 24 of Jan 2016 there was a guy in jeans and an... More

This place is pretty great. Been here multiple times and never had a bad experience. I don't know where the rest of you live, but there is no indoor water park's where I come from.. So this is the best I've ever seen, been to, or heard of. Only downside, can get crowded at times.
