It doesn't matter where you sit; the sight lines will be good, the chairs comfortable, and the sound superb. I have enjoyed many performances here, and I have felt some pride when musicians have praised the centre's acoustics and said how wonderful it is to be able to hear themselves. It's a lovely place to enjoy a night out.

Winspear Centre is a gem for Edmonton concert-goers, whether it's classical music, folk, choral, large ensemble, small group. The acoustics are fabulous. The sight lines from almost every seat are good. Winspear Centre is the home of Edmonton Symphony Orchestra which is one of the best and the most community-minded in Canada.

We have a subscription and enjoy the wonderful music hall with the perfect acoustics.....Needs more catering ability to the general attendee.....ice cream and popcorn is not enough.,,,,it is a gorgeous hall with the most haunting pipe organ straight out of a 1950's noir film.

A great place to play a concert or sit and listen to one. The acoustics are great and the building is in the heart of the downtown core.

Seating was comfortable, and felt like being in a living room, and listening to the speakers talk of life experiences and lessons learned. The volume was excellent to hear all the words, music played gave a sense of all surround sound Many staff to assist your visit from serving wine, and directing you to an area or answering a question... The Winspear is a must to see when visiting Edmonton. Such a beautiful, intimate venue for all purposes, but my favorite is music. Great site lines, wonderful acoustics.

Always enjoy having a date night at the beautiful Winspear Centre and this past Tuesday was no exception! My fiancee took me here on a date to see the Gipsy Kings. The venue is excellent for slightly more intimate performance that deserve a great acoustic space. Seating is always comfortable and plentiful. Staff at the doors are courteous. I would... More
