you have to check out the pirate ship. no shortage of variety here for shopping. The food court was very busy. I suggest eating elsewhere.

Just the wide range of stores and activities like the waterpark and the indoor amusement park make this mall a world renowned attraction second to none. Whatever you are looking for, chances are that you should have a 99% chance of finding it there. Anyone that visits Edmonton has to shop at the West Edmonton Mall, at the very least... More

It was here that my spirit was finally broken. Sharing prestige with Monrovia, Guantanamo Bay, and a locked elevator with Kirk Cameron, after a day in West Edmonton Mall, I simply couldn’t take it. To think I held such fond memories of this place. I remember pop-up vendors selling puppets and trick playing cards. I remember museums displaying torture devices.... More

I live approximately 6 blocks from WEM and contrary to what people say,you can get quite a few good deals shopping here year round. As a local,I always stay away from WEM on Weekends & during any Holiday Season because it can be very crazy with people. If you have never been to WEM,please arrange at least two full days... More

The blisters on my feet indicate how much walking we did!! The Mall is enormous, and beautiful with so many different shops.

Okay, it's a shopping mall and if your wife is going to drag you around a mall then this is one of the best. All the shops, the places to eat and drink, the IMAX, the seal show, marine life park, fun park, water world - it goes on and on SO WEAR YOUR COMFY SHOES CUZ IT COULD BE... More

I am a local and naturally have an aversion to what Edmonton is known for. The best store in the mall is Simons and very well worth the visit. This is a good place to visit if you like shopping or have kids to entertain. There are lots of family friendly activities in the mall.

While in Edmonton we thought we should see the West Edmonton Mall. The largest shopping mall in North America...with other attractions. Yes it is large but many of the stores repeat themselves. We enjoyed the attraction of the seal show. The amusement park and water park area are great if you have the children or grandchildren for any length of... More
