I was quite in shock at how lackluster the layout of the new science centre is. the price is not worth it and there is very little to engage adults. drastically different than the old building but a nice space nonetheless.

It's a really cool hand on science center but it is really meant for kids. I went with a cousin from out of town to do something different and it was just not stuff we could relate to. If you have children I'd definitely recommend it. It's got tones of hands on things to do and the kids there loved... More

We took the little one on a cold day and can safely say the $20 for adults is a lot for what the new science centre offers, particularly when compared to other science centres (the Ontario and even the smallish Montreal Science Centre are more interesting). Now, maybe when our little one gets a little older and finds the exhibits... More

Take your $80 and flush it down the toilet. Observe the effects of gravity on your money. Contemplate whether the water really does turn in the opposite direction if you were in Australia. I won't tell you the answer that's not how it works at the science center. It's all about questioning I guess, because half the exhibits don't seem... More

Telus Science Centre is a treat for all ages. Took our adult son and 6 year old grandson, could have stayed all day! So much to see, learn, and experiment with, all in beautiful, well planned exhibit space. Staff was wonderful and ready to answer all questions. Gift shop has a wonderful selection of educational toys and books. Other than... More

Ugh. Kind of depressing, really. We've seen a few science centres in our time. Some are great, all have something to offer. I can see the attempt at the Telus Spark centre, but it's just not happening. We were visiting family in Calgary and decided to stop in. The building is impressive, but so poorly laid out and utilized. There's... More

I think that the Science Centre (TELUS Spark) should steal the phrase "Happiest Place On Earth". It was the best place that I have ever taken my children to. Period. (My kids are 5 and 3 years old.) They had so much fun! Everything was kid friendly and interactive. I found myself having to encourage them to move from one... More

Had a wonderful afternoon of exploration, imagination and fun. So happy it rained that day and we decided to do indoor activities. Lots to see and do in this interactive place for all ages.

I was a little surprised when the SBE was held at Telus Spark. But I was blowen a way by the setup and the staff working the event. A collage had some questions not related to the event but of the center itself, one lady serving food asked for a business card and had someone call him with the info... More
