Purchased an event package for my daughter during a promo period in december. Found out a month later that i had missed a check box for the package. Spruce Meadows charged me an extra $170 for the event. When i tried to resolve with the staff they were very rude and suggested that i had already paid. That i had... More

Hope to make it next year. The setting was perfect being on the grounds of beautiful Spruce Meadows. It was extremely busy but the staff had it all under control. No parking woes and shoppers were all chipper and in the Christmas spirit. Great finds if you are looking for something unique. Food was amazing and widely varied.

Last night we took a drive to Spruce Meadows to see the lights. It was wonderful. They were a highlight of our Christmas Season. Spruce Meadows always does things up nice and they are very family friendly. Going to see the lights will be a new family tradition for us

We met up with friends & their 2 little boys. Something for everyone of all ages! Browsed the stalls with a variety of goods offered - clothing, games, art, crafts, gadgets & much more. Plenty of ideas for birthday & Xmas gifts. Coffees & lunch went down well when we needed a break. Entertaining music. Animals including reindeer to keep... More

The hospitality at this venue is always great. Whether you love horses or not, it is a perfect place to spend a day. It is family friendly and there is interesting shopping for times between events. The International Ring is incredible. I highly recommend booking into the Pavilion to watch an event - the experience is well worth the cost.

So perfectly manicured, such elegance, such poise, such... WOW! I can tell you I am not very well versed with horses or anything to do with shows, racing etc.. This place has all of it and so much more. I loved it. If I could hang out there everyday in the summer I would be in my glory. From what... More

If you are here in Calgary in November then a trip on teh weekends to Spruce Meadows for their Christmas market is a must do. Music, food, lights and vendors galore. Also see the reindeer, enjoy the outdoor fires, and hot chocalate . for us it is a part of Christmas.

This is a "Must-Do" at Christmastime. They had live performances, Reindeer petting, Old fashioned Christmas market, indoor attractions (so weather wasn't an issue). We took the kids on pony rides, had a visit with Santa and enjoyed the Festive sights and lights. Really well done. My only negative comment would be that we were confused with where to park. The... It'a always an amazing display of horsemanship showcasing both horse and rider. The International Food experiences are many and varied and not to be missed; and the shopping is second to none, especially PaSu Farm Shoppe. Don't miss the opportunity to take in this family friendly venue. It won't disappoint.

I've been there a couple of times and they always have something for the whole family, shopping, food, play areas and decorations. The free parking with shuttle and free shuttle buses from the LRT to some of the Spruce Meadows activities makes it an easy place to visit and enjoy!
