The CPO is great! They've had an excellant program in place to get as many people interested in classical musical as possible lately. For kids they have highly interactive Saturday Morning at the Symphony concerts, while for 18-29 year olds, there is the Cpossibilities program where they can purchase 14$ symphony tickets for selected performances. “Incredible concert with the CPO”

I wasn't expecting much from this concert, since Calgary isn't exactly on the western classical map -- but I was amazed by their performance of Dvorak's new world. Technical mastery par excellence, but in addition they added a soul to this often-performed work that made one feel one was hearing it for the first time. More

I love the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra! Simply amazing! Grab a friend or your spouse and make it an evening out to remember! The ticket price is well worth it. I have had a privilege of attending a few CPO concerts and every time I have been swept away by the magic of the moment. Try to attend the pre-concert talks, they are always interesting and very popular to get there early. More

Once again a part of our cultural and culinary celebration of an Anniversary, the American composers' concert was ecstatic and my favourite three minute fanfare brought tears to my eyes...a personal test of emotion, moment and movement. Maybe a grown guy not from Mars on this one. More

This quaint orchestra has been invited to perform world wide to rave reviews by young and old. The Conductors are renowned in Europe and the entire experience exudes a tradition of excellence. More
