My husband loves planes, so this was of course on our to-do list in Calgary. He was thrilled examining all of the aviation on display; I found all of the stories told on the walls around the planes interesting. Together, we had a very enjoyable time.

I had been here years ago with my bow 16 year old, so I thought I would try with my 3 month old & 2 year old. Admission is $10 unless you have an AMA card, then it is cheaper. We happened to go on a windy day, but I didn't know until after I paid that due to the... More

Thank you very much for your review. We apologize that you were unable to view our second building due to the wind conditions. We also apologize that you were not informed about our elevator that could have taken you to the second floor. We will certainly endeavour to tell all of our guests with strollers about the elevator in the... More

Pleasantly surprised at the displays here. Very humbling to see gun turrets and the size of the cockpits these pilots had to function in. They even had an F-86 Sabre there. Really makes me want to take the kids to some of the bigger aero museums when they get older.

I've expected something better, but interesting enough to pay it a visit, especially in a city sure not full of turists' attractions. Enjoyable. Maybe not a big choice in the souvenirs' shop, but enjoyable.

We attended a wedding at the aerospace centre. The surroundings were very cool with aeroplanes all aroud the outside of the room and the tables and chairs in the middle.A very nice venue for a large party.

Enjoyed our time here. Felt that we were able to learn a lot about Canada's aviation history. Wouldn't have spent a long time here but it was enjoyable. Had a groupon for it so it was a cheap option for a quick trip

Aerospace museum is full of history and great time for everyone and for all ages! There is an admission fee but it is worth your money. The planes have been restored by thousands of hours from volunteers!!! It was amazing, interesting and fun. Apparently, if you visit the museum like Father's day or any holiday, you get an opportunity to... More

I've lived in Calgary for over 12 years and I drove by this museum a thousand times (if not more) and never found the time to stop and check it out. Well I'm glad I did. I've been to many large Aero-Space museums across the world, and this one was still very interesting, with many uniquely Canadian planes; such as... More

The museum has 2 hangars that includes expositions. First, entrance building has 2 level expositions if you can call the second level really "level". It is sort of balcony that runs along side of the walls. Exhibition includes artifacts as well as ability of picking through the window inside the aircraft. Fighter jet and gunners no doubt are impressive part... More

The Aero Space Museum of Calgary provides educational activities and through its collections and displays, tells the story of Canadian aviation in general and the role of aviation to the City of Calgary. Some of the aircraft are housed in a large covered area adjacent to the museum, alongside some aircraft in an outdoor area, while others are located in... More
