Never get tired of visiting here - though haven't had time in a couple of years. Bread from the bakery wonderful! Special weekends with extra activities the best. Worth taking the paddlewheeler and train.

I love this place and who wouldn't. They have something for everyone. I love the paddlewheeler. The buildings are fantastic and the food is wonderful.

Great place to spend a few hours or the day. A great representation of the early days of Calgary. Buildings and artifacts are as authentic as they can b, which is very authentic. I particularly enjoyed speaking with the teller at the bank and the the two smithys at the blacksmith. Many of the employees are in character and take... More

We needed a break from th Stampede, and the park is just the place. Kids, adults, even teenager will find this not only a place of learning, but a place of fun.

Heritage Park is a great place to stroll around the main street shops. It's like going back in time!

Another of my favourite Calgary hot spots. Heritage Park is like stepping back in time. Ride the train, the boat on the Glenmore Resevoir or play inthe Amusement park area. Bring a picnic or stop for lunch at one of the restaurants (the Wainwright hotel) being the best! Don't forget to pick up fresh baking, candy and ice cream before... More

We went here early on a Sat morning, it wasn't crowded at all. I don't think there would be alot for the younger kids, that would not be able to appreciate the older days. But for us it was good and interesting. The guys really enjoyed Gasoline Alley!! All in all it was good

We visited Heritage park in 2011 near the end of a tour of Alberta, and thouroughly enjoyed the park. THere is lots to do for all ages, including some antique amusement rides for the kids. There is a steam train to ride around the entire place on, as well as an old paddle wheeler (replica) that takes you out on... More

Good history, all outdoors with the exception of visiting the historic buildings and "Gasoline Alley" (for antique car buffs).
